Gert Loose

Dear Hedi  It was so saddening to learn of  Gert's passing.  He was truly one of the finest men I have ever known.  Your friendship with us at Madison was filled with felllowship and humor.  You extended such kindness to us 
Christmas 1984 by putting us up for so long.  I will always remember those days with tremendous fondness.  You and Gert are special people

Our deepest condolences.  I looked up to Gert very much.  Our families were close long  ago, and we are pained to learn of Gert's passing.  We'll always remember his kindness and good humor, and the wonderful times that we shared together.  Mein tiefes Mitgefühl.

Dear Hedi, Katja & Julia,

I am so deeply sorry to hear about Gert. I have very fond memories of him from several visits in Oshkosh, Elkins, our family vacation together in the Outer Banks and of course, the time we spent with your family in Norderstedt. His warmth and humor were ever present and my parents have always spoken very highly of him. May he be at peace.
